Yes. Every tool in the suite is free for church and volunteer production teams, and export is always available — your work is never held behind a paywall. The only paid thing is an optional coaching review.
Nowhere. The tools run in your browser and your media stays on your device — nothing uploads to a server. That also means clearing your browser data can clear your work, so export anything you want to keep.
A current version of Chrome or Edge gives the most reliable results, since the tools lean on newer browser media features. Safari and Firefox mostly work, but if something behaves oddly, try Chrome before writing in — and tell us which browser you saw it in either way.
Which tool, which browser and version, what you did step by step, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording is worth a lot of words. If it happened during a live service, say so — those jump the queue.
